Holsters

Holsters

Gun holsters come in a number of sizes, colors and shapes and they come in different carry options as well such as for the ankle, belt and even shoulder. You will find them in a number of different materials and textures but most are made from some sort of plastic often Kydex. Those made from these materials allow the user to be quick and they are very adjustable and almost indestructible as well.

You will find a number of different holsters that are suitable for different job tasks. You will find tactical holsters, duty holsters and covert holsters. Tactical holsters and duty holsters usually have some sort of retention device and as such have some sort of labelling such as Level I, Level II or Level III. A higher retention level will mean the holster will have your weapon more securely seated in place and so it will be harder for an attacker to remove it from the holster when it is properly holstered. Covert holsters can be concealed and come in a number of styles and carry options.

You will find that paddle holsters and belt holsters are the most common type of concealment holsters but other styles include shoulder holsters, ankle holsters, fanny pack holsters and inside the waistband holsters as well. Brows the range of options here to find the one that is most suitable for you and your line of work.
